Do I need to book in advance?

We recommend booking during busy periods (weekends and holidays), but walk-ins are welcome if space is available.

What age is Ark Play Café suitable for?

Our play space is best suited for children aged 1–7 years, who will get the most out of the activities and equipment. Younger and older siblings are also very welcome to join and enjoy the space.

Is there a time limit for play?

Yes, we offer 2-hour, 3-hour, and unlimited play sessions.

This allows us to maintain a comfortable, uncrowded environment where parents can easily see their children and kids can play without feeling overwhelmed or overstimulated.

Why do you limit session times?

At Ark Play Café, we focus on quality over quantity. By limiting session times and capacity, we create a calm, safe, and enjoyable space that is never overcrowded—so families can relax and children can play freely.

Are adults charged for entry?

No—adults enter free! Enjoy a coffee and relax while the kids play.

Do babies need a pass?

Children aged 0–12 months enter free, so they can enjoy the space at no cost.

Can I bring my own food?

Outside food is not permitted (except for baby food). Our café offers a range of fresh meals, snacks, and great coffee. For customers party packages, bringing your own cake is permitted.

Do children need to wear socks?

Yes, socks are required for both children and adults in the play area for hygiene and safety.

Is the play area supervised?

Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Our layout is designed so you can easily keep an eye on your child.
