Gift Card Terms & Conditions

• Gift cards are redeemable for online bookings only.
• Gift cards must be redeemed through the booking system by selecting “Redeem a Gift Card” at checkout.
• All gift cards do not expire.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Any remaining balance will stay on the gift card for future use unless otherwise stated.
• Gift cards can only be used for services and products offered through our booking system.
• Lost, stolen, damaged, or expired gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
• If the booking value exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid at checkout.
• Gift cards are transferable and may be gifted to another person.

• Gift cards are subject to availability and advanced bookings are recommended, especially during weekends, school holidays, and peak periods.

• We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
