Service Description
A curated pretend-play session designed specifically for children aged 0-7. Kids can explore themed play stations that foster imagination, social skills, and cognitive development in a safe, clean environment.
Cancellation Policy
ARK PLAY CAFÉ Little Explorers Adventure Party Policy Duration: 3 hours Maximum: 20 children Package includes 10 children, including the birthday celebrant. Additional children are charged at the applicable per-child rate. Package Includes Reserved upstairs party space Play entry for children included in the booking Party staff assistance Kiddie meals Fairy bread Water and cordial Digital party invitation Interactive themed workshop/activity Workshop activities may vary depending on the selected theme and age group. Booking & Payment A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. Final guest numbers must be confirmed by Friday before the event. Full payment is due by Monday of the event week. Payments are non-refundable for cancellations within 7 days of the event. Food & Catering Outside food and catering are not permitted for Little Explorers Adventure bookings. A birthday cake may be brought into the venue. Additional adult platters and café food may be ordered through Ark Play Café. Guests are responsible for advising us of allergies or dietary requirements. Ark Play Café cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Party Area & Seating The party area is located upstairs. The downstairs play area may remain open to the public during your booking. Adult seating is limited and cannot be guaranteed for every guest. Decorations Decorations are welcome provided they are safe and do not damage the venue. Not permitted: Confetti Smoke machines Open flames Decorations that may damage walls, furniture or fixtures Decorations hung from areas that have not been approved as safe attachment points All decorations and personal belongings must be removed at the end of the booking. Supervision & Safety Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Socks are compulsory for adults and children entering the play areas. Shoes must be removed. Unsafe, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour is not permitted. Cleaning & Departure Standard cleaning is included. Additional fees may apply for excessive mess, spills or damage. Guests must leave promptly at the conclusion of the booking so the venue can be prepared for the next session. By paying the deposit, the client acknowledges and agrees to the Little Explorers Adventure terms and conditions.
