Your voice, Our mission
We are deeply committed to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety for our clients. That’s why we replaced our market plastic toys with premium Juni Moon felt toys.
What is Juni Moon Felt Food?
-
Handcrafted Excellence: Each toy is carefully needle-felted by skilled artisans, making every piece unique and thoughtfully crafted.
-
Safe & Natural Materials: Made from 100% New Zealand wool and colored with non-toxic, child-safe dyes for a safer play experience.
Vision
To be a place where families feel at home where children are seen, creativity is nurtured, and meaningful moments are shared.
We provide a less crowded, high-quality play environment where children explore through creative, purposeful play, while families enjoy nutritious food and meaningful time together.
Mission
OUR GUIDELINES
To keep Ark Play Café a calm, safe, and enjoyable place for everyone, we kindly ask all families to follow a few simple guidelines:
Stay Close
We’ve designed our space so you can easily see and connect with your child—please supervise little ones at all times.
Play Gently
We encourage calm, thoughtful play so all children can feel safe and comfortable in the space.
Share the Space
Please be mindful of other families, especially younger children, and use play areas as intended.
Food & Drinks
To maintain a safe and consistent experience, we ask that food and drinks be purchased from our café.
If your child has allergies, please let our team know—we’re here to help.
Shoes Off, Socks On
Shoes off in play areas, with socks worn at all times for comfort and hygiene.
Keep It Lovely
A little tidy-up goes a long way—thank you for helping us care for the space.
